I received my champagne quickly and the customer service was excellent. They even let me change my address for shipping. Snake is healthy and has excellent temperament.

Overall very pleased with the snake super healthy has already eaten twice and is currently shedding I will be buying another snake from them

We ordered our champagne and bumblebee ball python Thursday night and received them tuesday morning; which we didn't expect would take so long so make sure to read the shipping details page!! Other than that we received our snakes at around 9am and we absolutely love our champagne (we named him smog). Just the nicest temperament and is just a sweetheart!! Our bumblebee is a bit feisty though which we didn't expect so hopefully he calms down and adjusts to his new environment soon (we named him buzz). We have not fed them yet due to them being fed the day they got shipped but they both look extremely healthy and otherwise happy snakes!

This is the first time I have ordered from Snakes at Sunset. The champagne ball I received is very healthy and beautiful. I was amazed at how fast Snakes an Sunset answered all of my text messages and sent pictures of the snakes. Would recomment anyone order best experience ever.

Beautiful snake but it was extremely aggressive for a ball python.
