Two beautiful little spotted turtles arrived healthy and active, less than 24 hours after I purchased them. Highly recommended.

My turtle came flipped upside down with no heat packs and nothing but a small dry towel in the container. It kind of freaked me out but he seems to be doing well so far, it came on time, I received shipping updates via email, and I would give it a 5 star but I can't with how he/she was shipped. SAS - its a spotted turtle they can swim under ice in Canada so cold doesnt affect them. As well as Heat pack would have cooked it since it was shipped out of Miami and too hot for one . We have no control how Fedex moves the box but flipping over and what not is not detrimental unless for days at a time. thanks!

Communication was great and my spotted turtles arrived on time. They are very beautiful turtles and I am quite pleased with my order.

I carefully opened the container and removed the brown paper towel packaging and placed it on my kitchen counter. Much to my dismay i only found one turtle in the container (I ordered two). I went back to the brown paper towel and found the other little guy, It seems the paper towel dried out and was stuck to him. I trickled water over him and the towel separated from him. Since he was stuck to the towel he could've been upside down which could cause undue stress or even death.I would use a different type of packaging which would hold more moisture and not stick !! Im happy to report both are doing very well eating chickenI , shrimp, pellets, etc. Sincerely, Bob K

i’m impressed. it had climbed out of his 40 gallon tank through few pothos branches the very first day. i found it on the floor in a dark corner after 24 hours. when i put it back, it ate a small live cricket held by a tong 2 hours later.

Our little guy came perfectly in time and in great health! He was happy and acclimated quickly to his new home. Thanks! Thinking of getting another one..

After I purchased I read some of the negative reviews and quite frankly I was scared. Fed Ex dropped the ball and my little guy was held up for an extra day. But, because he was packaged correctly he was in great shape when he showed up! Alert and brute eyed he was ready to come out! He came with instructions warning me to acclimate him slowly temp wise. Someone even wrote “Spot” on his container! They clearly care! Thank you guys! Well deserved 5 Star review!❤️
