NOTICE FOR SALE OF UNDERSIZED TURTLES
Please be advised that Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 1240.62(b) prohibits any viable turtle eggs or live turtles with a carapace length of less than 4 inches to be sold, held for sale, or offered for commercial or public distribution.
By ordering you agree to have reviewed the information in Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 1240.62(b) and fully understand these prohibitions.
You must fill out this form before we ship any turtle that falls under this ruling. The form can be found here if you want to print it, scan it and send it back to snakesatsunset@gmail.com - the form will be emailed for you to fill out and send back, prior to shipping. Any entity that decides not to fill out the form after purchasing will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Export costs such as CITES, health certificates, etc are to be determined on a order by order basis if they are required for that particular order.
