All of our Albino Western Hognose Snakes for sale are captive-bred. They are feeding well on a veterinarian-approved diet of appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents.

All of our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Your New Hognose Snake:

We ship our Hognose Snakes via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Hognose snake

    He arrived very calm given the fact that he was shipped across the country. Packaged in an appropriately sized container with hot packs on the outside to keep him warm, but not hot.

    We purchased our first Hognose from this place and he came in healthy and beautiful. I wont lie there are alot of negative reviews about this site if you google and I had my worries. BUT everything went perfect. We love our Hognose. I will purchase more snakes from here.

    THE BEST SNAKE EVER

    Absolutely adore this snake! She came packaged securely and warm and mostly on time (this was ALL FedEx’s fault). The crew at Snakes at Sunset communicated everything with me and even sent specific photos of the snake I was getting. They made the process so easy and were great to lean on especially when having an animal shipped to you. I cannot wait to get another reptile from these guys.     I normally will not give a company a 5 star review unless they have gone above and beyond the normal. My Hognose came happy, healthy and ate the day after he arrived. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase from SAS! Thanks for the great service.
