Shipping Your New Corn Snake:

We ship our Corn Snakes via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID.
Please see our Live Arrival Guarantee page for complete details.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Pleased with my Purchase

Beautiful snake and very healthy. Arrived on time and was still lively upon opening the box. My only complaint would be that she was fed live, so I'm having a hard time switching her to frozen due to lack of availability of live in my area, but that is not the company's fault. Would recommend!

    Male Corn Snake

Very pleased with Snakes at Sunset and have no complaints whatsoever. My male Anery Motley was well packaged and healthy upon arrival. Eating and drinking with no issues. Absolutely love his coloration - the picture does not do him justice. Highly recommended.

    Happy Customer

After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little hesitant, but decided to give Snakes at Sunset a chance. I'm glad I did. I placed my order on Friday. Saturday I noticed this morph on the website was showing out of stock, but my order still showed awaiting fulfillment. Monday it quickly updated (to awaiting shipping first I believe) and shipped out just before 7pm Monday evening. I recieved an email with the FedEx tracking number. Tuesday morning the package arrived (with warnings live reptile and perishable on the packaging) right around 10am (FedEx showed it would be before 10:30am so perfect timing). The heat pack was still warm and my little corn snake appeared alert and healthy. On the cup he was in was the date of his last feeding; it also specified it was a live pinky so I wanted to wait to review until he successfully took frozen thawed which he did today (2nd day attempting it). Though I have not done much handling yet (giving him time to adjust and of course now to digest as well), when I first got him out he did not show any aggression at all. Overall, I am very satisfied; thanks Snakes at Sunset for my new scaly friend.
