We have the prettiest Ornate Wood Turtles for sale that are CAPTIVE BRED babies. Snakes at Sunset has them setup in ZooMed Tortoise Habitat with large water pan as they love water and spend 50% or more time in water. We feed them tortoise pellets, veggies and insects you can buy here. The Ornate Wood Turtles for sale are aprox 2-3".

Shipping your new reptile:

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Wow! SAS I am so impressed. He arrived on time, healthy and clean. It’s been about 2 hours since we introduced him to his enclosure and he’s already eaten. Very good experience, thank you!

Just as advertised!

I received my two wood turtles in excellent condition. As soon as I unwrapped them they both climbed out of the box. Both are very friendly and excellent eaters. Very good value

Turtles came a week late because the website dosen't know what they have but once they got here they were as good as it gets

A little shy

We got our turtle and he is still a little shy after a few days. I don’t think he’s eating yet. He did drink some water and spends most of his time under an archway in his terrarium.

Fantastic Ornate Wood Turtles

I ordered a group of 3 ornate wood turtles, 2 females and 1 male. They were shipped in the evening and I received them at 8:30 the next morning. The turtles were in great shape and very energetic. I received 3 slightly different variations in color and I think they are good examples of the ornate's. I highly recommend Snakes at Sunset.

very lactive and friendly

I ordered three ornate wood turtles, two females and a male. As a species I have found them very active and alert. They are smarter than my Russians- one even learned how to climb on top of things and unlatch the enclosure. I was a little disappointed that their colors were rather dull. Their personalities seem to make up for this. They follow each other around and when I go by all three little heads pop up and look at me.
