Shipping your new Black Pastel Ball Python:

We ship our pythons FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Gorgeous, healthy snake

She arrived a bit limp, but soon after was curling up in her corner. It's been two weeks and she moves around, eats easily and healthily, and is getting used to being handled.

Beautiful, healthy specimen

gorgeous and healthy

He was so beautiful that when I first saw him, I cried. Not exaggerating. He was well fed and is adjusting well. Handling is going well. I'm so glad I purchased him!!

Great.

Had absolutely no problem. Snake came looked nice and healthy. Fed it for the first time a few days after I got it and it ate no problem. Very Friendly snake and looked like it was taken care of properly. The shipping arrived right on time and looked like it was handled with care through out shipping. Only negative I would say would be what the top review says. Snake didnt come with any information. Would have been nice to know the last time the snake was fed and what it was fed. Really not a big deal though. Thank you Snakes at Sunset. I will continue to recommend your website to others.

Beautiful Snake, not a lot of info

The two snakes we bought (black pastel, pinstripe) are absolutely gorgeous, no apparent health issues, and have been good eaters. However, there was no information about what they ate and when they last ate, which I would have like to have had, and there was no packing inside our box to stop the cups the snakes were in from rolling around during shipping.

Awesome ball python

Very chill baby black pastel

He came quickly, so far he hasn't even tried snapping at me. He loves being held and eats like a champ. Beautiful ball python.

Beautiful pair of black pastel BP's

Ordered both a male and female. Both are amazing snakes and their patterns are sublime. The female ate a rat pup within 2 days of arriving and the male immediately began feeding on hopper mice. Will definitely order more BP's from SAS in the future.
