All our caiman lizards undergo a 2 week treatment to ensure established , beautiful animals. The new hatch batch will be ready for shipping in two weeks but you can order now to reserve.

All our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping your new Caiman Lizard:

We ship our lizards FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Always Reliable

I’ve now ordered 2 caiman lizards from snakes at sunset and they just as great as they were 5 years ago! The animals always arrive on time, well packed and safely shipped, and they are fat and healthy. They have also always been grumpy upon arrival; some people seem to take this as a negative, but it’s actually a very good sign because it means that when stressed, the animal is still strong and healthy. It’s definitely something you want to see in a new arrival, especially a baby. Although they are imports, the caiman lizards both arrived in perfect condition with excellent health, and at the prices that Snakes at Sunset offers, you just CANNOT beat this deal and quality anywhere!!! And I’m a difficult customer, I ask a million questions before I order and then another million after I’ve ordered. They patiently respond to all of my inquiries and they do it quickly, same day. 5 stars every time!

Caiman

Ordered our Caiman on a Thursday and came in on Tuesday as they were very conscience of the weather which is awesome. Our Caiman came in great condition and is doing well in his new enclosure!

Healthy and active!

I just got mine a few days ago and he already started eating day one with me. He spends alot of time swimming and climbing the branches of his enclosure. He got here on time and packaging was perfect.my questions were all answered and I was even able to pick the sex which was accurate. You can tell they really care about their animals! I would buy from them again.

Very healthy!

This lizard is healthy! I've bought caiman lizards through other people and they show up sick and die shortly after, despite additional vet treatment. Snakes at Sunset runs these little guys through vet treatments that ensures they arrive healthy! Unless you know a breeder (good luck) I say ONLY, and I mean only, buy caiman lizards from Snakes at Sunset.

arrived healthy but grumpy

I got my boy about 9 months ago. He had a good reason to be grumpy but he came in healthy and chubby with wonderful skin and color. He mostly tamed out in 6 months he has been the most rewarding reptile I own. SAS was easy to work with and easy to contact too and was a great expereance. The only thing I wish they knew how to do is Sex the Caiman Lizards. Its really easy to tell about a 4-6 weeks after hatching. I did get a male (which I wanted) but I would have liked a guarantee of the sex I wanted.
