I ordered a female Florida king snake. high red mosaic. when I got her she was a little scared from the trip. but after letting her settle in she has turned out to be an amazing snake! she has a good Appetit. and has amazing colors! I would defiantly order from snakes at sunset again!

This little snake was so beautiful and friendly. Unfortunately I had to go out of state for a week and he passed away at home. I was heartbroken. I should have taken him with me.

I thought the snake would have more orange in it like the picture, but regardless, she's beautiful and I'm very happy with her. I ordered her Wednesday evening, she shipped out Thursday, and I picked her up from FedEx Friday morning, just as the site says. I live in a hot area so I had to pick her up rather than her be delivered to my door, but I understood. Communication was a bit spotty, but they did reply to the important questions. Overall, I will say, when it's time to add to our family, I will definitely use them again. Prices were amazing as well.

5 star from ordering to delivery. They were on point with everything they said they would do according to the description. I love my snake. 1 star for communication. There is a number on the website to text them with any questions. They never responded to any of the text messages I sent. Otherwise I would do it again.

Snake came next day and was healthy and beautiful. Well packed! Customer service was responsive and sent me tracking number once shipped.... However. They called me and said my area was to cold to ship to my house or work and it would be held at the fedex facility. That’s fine, that didn’t bother me. The next day when I saw the package was at the sort facility I drove over to pick it up. That’s when I found out they forgot to notate to hold the package and it was out for delivery to my work. So I drove all the way to the sort facility for nothing. They said even if it had been there I couldn’t have gotten it as the shipper made it a direct signature required... meaning the signature had to come from the end destination. I’m just glad I made it back in time and that it wasn’t actually cold out that day. Other than that the snake is beautiful. I would definitely buy from them again despite the hiccup.
