Shipping your new Blue Tongue Skink:

We ship our skinks FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Healthy Blue Tongue

Our Blue tongue arrived healthy and began eating on the very first day. I highly recommend Snakes at Sunset, I have bought several animals from them before and will continue to do so.

Very healthy looking!

The skink seems to be very healthy. It was in shed when it arrived. I would love to know the birthdate though. And what it had been eating prior to arriving here to make the transition smoother for the baby. All in all I’m pleased with the Lille baby. A shame they can’t be sexed earlier!

The perfect lizard?

We were incredibly pleased with the northern blue tongue skink we received. It came quickly and was very healthy and ate right out of the bag. I was also really happy with the great communication and customer service we had the entire time. The prices were reasonable and the shipping was safe and effective. Happy Customer

I’m happy to say my northern bts showed up full of life and is beautiful. looking forward to the many years with him/her. He is a live one that’s for sure. Would recommend SAS to anyone looking for a reptile friend as this my second purchase from these guys and both animals are doing great.

Amazing and healthy northern! Very satisfied with my purchase.

Snakes at Sunset is a great vendor. When you order through them make sure to call/text to ask for pictures! There was a little bit of confusion with the shipping date and tracking number but just call them directly and they'll fix it asap! Since it was my first BTS I was super nervous and kept calling them for more information and they were always patient, kind and very helpful! My baby northern came in time, healthy, active, and was already eating and exploring its new enclosure within an hour of me getting it! Huffed when I was getting it out of the bag but calmed down right away and is really good at handling - hasn't huffed since. I'm very happy with my northern and would buy from Snakes at Sunset again!

Everything went smoothly, luckily

Everything went well, but the skinks were shipped a day early and I had to rearrange my schedule so I could pick them up.

Healthy and very cute blue tongue skink

The skink was a bit shaken from the FedEx trip but recovered quickly once under a warm light. Seems healthy and good-natured. It has been eating well and adjusting to his new surroundings.
