Our Pastel Ball Pythons are carefully selected and feeding well on a veterinarian-approved diet of appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents. Each animal is established before being offered for sale and shipped with care.

All of our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Your New Python:

We ship our pythons via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    best snake ever

    I absolutely love the new snake, she’s so pretty!! (Don’t know the gender yet, but we’re using she) The snake arrived earlier than estimated arrival time and she was a little timid. (it was a long trip though, so understandable) She’s warmed up and is very good with handling. I have purchased multiple times from this business and have never not been satisfied. She is vibrant and completely healthy. I love my girl so much!

    Healthy. Female surprise

    She arrived very cold no heat warmer.good color great size.and had date when last ate.Named her JOURNEY. .this is my 3rd snake.just wish they would pack a little better. - Pam, we are in Miami and its 90f when we ship out, we cannot put a heat pack. They do not need one if destination is 50f or above thanks!

    Fire Ball Python

    I have to start off by saying AWESOME Customer Service. I originally ordered a female Pastel Ball Python but I changed my mind right before she shipped and I wanted a Fire Ball Python instead, so they changed her out with a fire right before shipping and I received a healthy baby Fire Ball Python. Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend Snakes at Sunset!

    The pastel is a beautiful morph and I was given a super super healthy snake and if I had to be honest the baby does strike me quite a bit but it is a baby so it’s understandable .

    Another comment I would love to add that if you’re looking for a healthy beautiful morph that is usually like $250 this place is perfect to suit your needs.
