Shipping your new reptile:

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Love my Sulcata!

I purchased a Sulcata back in Feb of 2016 but unfortuantely he arrived with an imperfection (dent on his plastron. Even though I took great care of him he only made it through August. I contacted you and you sent me another one. It has now been 2 years and Bubba (he/she) is doing great, and I have rescued to others as well. Hoping to expand my zoo soon and get some smaller species! (Maybe a Hermann or Horsefield??) Anyway, thank you again!

Received my salcata tortoise a day ago and he arrived perfectly fine and healthy. So far he is loving his new home. Eatin a lot and sleeping too. Will definitely do business again with snakes at sunset.

so happy I'm placing a second big order

My order came in and my lizards and tortoise looked absolutely great my skink was unbelievably healthy with great coloration and my tortoise is amazing the coloration the shell absolutely perfect they they helped me out they told me that the other one wasn't feeling so well and it would give me a leopard and says the cicada and let me tell you I'm very happy astoundingly happy and I am placing another big order with them right now and you can see all the box openings on YouTube and all the conditions of the animals and their habitats so you know that these guys are giving a good quality product

Sulcata

I am happy at the transaction. I personally am a little concerned as far as the tortoise goes because he arrived with a fairly large indent on his underside. I am hoping as he grows this will not be a problem. But other than that, I was mostly satisfied.

Awesome sulcata!

I bought one online last week and not only was the owner extremely nice but helpful too! My tort came perfectly packaged and is so adventurous and gorgeous!! I would recommend sulcata's and this pet store to any one looking for an awesome sulcata!
