Western Hognose Snakes (Heterodon nasicus)

We have some gorgeous Western Hognose Snakes for sale that are captive bred. Snakes at Sunset feeds them appropriately sized mice. The Western Hognose Snakes for sale are babies-juveniles,and aprox 6-10" in length.

All our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping your new Western Hognose :

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

awesome snake and service

Snakes of sunset does it again. I received my beautiful baby Western hog nose On August 8th 2022. She was alert, feisty, And of course like most females shit it on me. She is one gorgeous animal and the best Part about it I got it from snakes or sunset a Great of customer service and Beautiful quality animals. If you're looking for quality service and superb Reptiles. There is only one place to go snakes or sunset. This is my 5th reptile from snakes of sunset and It won't be my last. After a bit of a worry with fedex having a delay he still arrived perfect, warm, and curious. He is just absolutely gorgeous.

My first snake!

I got my first hognose today. He arrived on time at fedex and was very much alive & healthy. He ate for me today, and has let me handle him. Would deff recommend snakes at sunset.

My hoggy snake

I love how it came to me came lil early in the morning like 10 ish o'clock like how kept it warm n cold same keep it nice comfortable happy bout tht other then fact came early nice healthy he very cute Lil bby friendly to did my research I thought gonna be lil mean at mean but it's not love how friendly he i have ball python so hope I able get this grow nice n big but have eating was not easy for me feed him yet name him yet but glad to tell others bout snake sunset

Our new hognose

We purchased our very first Western hognose. I was very impressed with the way our snake was safe n secure in her box when shipped. My granddaughter is one happy girl with her hognose. She is a very beautiful snake. Our first feeding didn't go well. Going to try again to feed. I would recommend S ages at Sunset to anyone who wants a hognose.Excited to watch out sassy hognose grow.

Western hognose baby

He is absolutely adorable. The snake is as described, Snakes at Sunset’s communication is terrific. They answered all of questions and concerns. The packaging was him in his deli, packed with paper keeping him secure and the heat pack was still a bit warm even after FedEx was a day late with the delivery. I recommend Snakes at Sunset and we are already planning another purchase. We are highly satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you for our new hognose
