Western Hognose Snakes (Heterodon nasicus)

We have some gorgeous Western Hognose Snakes for sale that are captive bred. Snakes at Sunset feeds them appropriately sized mice. The Western Hognose Snakes for sale are babies-juveniles,and aprox 6-10" in length.

All our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping your new Western Hognose :

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Male Western Hognose

The communication about the shipping of the snake and tracking was wonderful - made me feel less nervous about ordering a snake online. The actual snake was young and a good weight (definitely looked healthy). I let the snake hang out for a week before attempting to feed and within about an hour of setting the pinkie in the tank, the snake found and ate without tongs or anything! I was very pleased with the overall experience and the temperament and ease of feeding. The color was the average brown and tan like the photo but still a very pretty snake.

Western Hognose Baby

Absolutely adore my new baby. He looks great, healthy, and is very sweet and active considering he was overnighted and should be stressed. My only issue which isn’t a huge deal is that I messaged the company inquiring about feeding habits and didn’t get a response however there was a sticker on the tub noting last feeding. I just wanted a bit more information. This will not affect any future purchases. I just like to be overly informed because I’m a worry wart. Thank you guys so much for my new baby! Teddy will be spoiled and we’ll loved.

Snake appears to be healthy upon arrival

Thankfully the snake is safe and as far as I can see, healthy. I was supposed to receive my Hognose on July 7th but I didn’t receive it until the 9th because I believe Fed Ex messed up and sent it to the wrong Fed Ex building so it delayed it for 2 days.....

Phenomenal normal western just refracting

I just recently received a phenomenal male hog from you. A couple unexpected things a he was bigger than I was anticipation anticipating and in blue. Neither are a problem at all. He is amazing. Very mild tempered and just fantastic to watch. He is my second and I will definitely be back for more. Thank you all so much
