We currently have some African House snakes for sale that are field collected juveniles to young adults Snakes at Sunset has them feeding on live fuzzy mice. The African House Snakes for sale are currently 8-18"

All our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping your new reptile:

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Black house snake

I ordered my snake at around 1am and it shipped later that same morning! It was well packed and arrived in great shape and was the size I requested. Very healthy and beautiful as well and ate a FT fuzzy the very next day. I’m extremely happy with my new guy

African house snake

Love love love! My 6 year old loves his little buddy!! He named it Venom lol wish we knew if it were male or female though! Great purchase and so happy to have a new member of our family! Happy Healthy beautiful snake!

super curious

Received them with my sand boa. Box was well packaged and perfect temperature. They were very alert and super curious right out of the container. Wasn’t nippy or agressive at all. Beautiful jet black color with the nicest oil sheen. He’s a little on the small size and I hope a pinkie won’t be to big for him. Offered one to him last night and he was still to stressed to take it. Will try again in a few days.

The New Best Beginner Pet

Amongst all of the various species of snakes that you can keep, the African house snake has to be my personal favorite, and in my humble opinion, could easily outpace corn snakes and ball pythons as the standard go-to animal for beginners. The specific snake I purchased here was the most adorable little guy I've ever seen, and arrived well packed and in great health. As is expected from the house snake, there was no problem getting him to eat frozen/thawed within the week of his arrival, and the general care of house snakes is as easy (if not easier) than corns or ball pythons. Do yourself a favor, look up a care sheet for these guys, and get yourself a house snake. Their beautiful coloring, excellent temperament, and ease of care make house snakes simply a joy to keep.

Perfect

My snake arrived at my home around 12ish and it’s fairly cold out. So when I opened the package the heat pack was still really warm. My snake was curious and more over the coloring even at this stage is really beautiful. The metallic blue is noticeable. Very happy with my purchase.

little known awesome pet potential

i had been researching a new snake to add to my collection of 15 snakey pets..this type of snake is such a diamond in the rough..after seeing it's beautiful skin color and the irridescant sheen, like oil on water.. and the demure temperment, i would recommend this snake to anyone as a first snake. i have a feeling that this will be right up there with first snake choices one day that will rival or even surpass the cornsnake or kingsnake, and be at least as good as a rosy boa, even. i am very happy i have one. nancy h.
