I purchased my first snake from Snakes at Sunset. They answered my questions and helped make the process easy. He arrived a little later than anticipated but that falls on FedEx - not Snakes at Sunset. He is perfect. He's obviously used to being handled and is a healthy guy. 5 months old - weighing in at 202 grams. I cannot wait to watch him grow and enjoy his company for many years to come!

Snakes at Sunset has been amazing from day one of contacting them. They respond to texts very quick and answers any questions you may have before even purchasing the reptile of ur dreams. I received my little albino noodle in exactly 19 hours after placing my order online. Which really helped me as the day I received Monty (snake) I had to put my elderly dog down after having him for many years so having a new little companion has been comforting. Monty is very well socialized and is comfortable just hanging out. He comes out from his hide every time I approach his terrarium. Plus he has few very cute markings that make him unique. Thank u guys for my new family member I cant wait to spoil him rotten.

I received my snake earlier this week and have nothing but good things to say about my order with Snakes at Sunset. My ball python was shipped safely and the shop did a great job communicating the ship options to us. His coloring is absolutely stunning!! Santana has acclimated very well to his new environment and enjoys being handled. We fed him a live mouse and the feeding went very well. I am beyond happy with my albino ball python!!

Our Albino baby male ball python arrived! It was a birthday gift for out 3 yr. Old little girl who loves bugs, animals, and the outdoors, she always catches the yard snakes and bugs. We got the ball python because after lots of research knew it would be the best snake for her to grow up with. THE ENTIRE FAMILY JUST LOVES HIM! The ordering process was easy, we ordered before 2pm and he arrived at 930am the next morning all wrapped up with a special heat pack to keep him warm. The email response was timely due to the fact that I had 1 concern.....because I used a smart phone to purchase him, the online page that I was directed to was not in desktop view therefore I was unaware of the fact that ship the ship out time had been delayed, it wasn't until I uploaded the desktop view, that I could see this message. When he arrived all that worry faded away because we were in love with how beautiful he was and how much he looked exactly like the pic. although we aren't guaranteed that exact snake. EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY as soon as we took him out of packaging he was the most sweetest snake you could ever imagine! He just curls up around us especially my 3yr. Old daughter, he hasn't striked not once!!!! He loves to be handled and loves his habitat! He has eaten a live mice since we've had him, we took him out of his habitat to feed him and he did amazing at catching his prey getting it down and immediately getting handled to go back into his habitat, by which he went straight to the warm side, he is a baby but a natural lol WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH HIS LOOK, GENTLENESS, AND OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH SNAKES AT SUNSET! THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO EXPAND OUR FAMILY!!
