Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles.     Beautiful Tri-colored lady

    Petunia arrived healthy. A little stressed from travel but she's happy, active and exploring her new bio-viv more and more everyday. This girl is shy and freezes up or runs away when she sees me but it's been less than a week and we're working on building trust. She's a little slower than other milk snakes I've met but very active.

    This is second time getting a snake from Snakes at Sunset. Both times have been an easy experience. I've owned reptiles for over 25 years.
