I can't begin to express just how happy I am with not just my new pet, but with the customer service that I received through out the process. I texted questions and used live chat as well and not only got answers, but explanations for those answers. Answers that made perfect sense! I really could not be happier. I ordered my snake about 2 weeks ago and I requested for a friendly snake since it was going to be my first one that I've ever owned. I didn't want my snake to freeze since I live in the Midwest and they were nice enough to send my snake a week later when it was warmer(I appreciated a lot). When he arrived in the mail he was the cutest thing ever and was ready to explore! He's having difficulty feeding but that's expected since he's still getting adjusted to his new home. Thank you so much Snakes at Sunset for bringing my baby snake to my home! I absolutely love him to bits

I ordered a baby ball python for my daughter. It came two days later by Fed Ex. The snake came packaged in a box, padded by Styrofoam...the snake itself was in a ventilated plastic container and also had a heating pad on top of the padding to provide proper heating for the snake. Excelling product, excellent service.

I got Striker Tuesday and I tried feeding him today and he didn't take so I'm going to wait for a little longer. He's not as active as I'd like he's more lazy actually haha. He is very nice and hasn't tried striking or being mean in any way and he loves to sleep.

I ordered my snake tuesday night and it shipped Thursday morning at 1031 am just like it said it would, he was so small and so cute and the packaging and everything was perfect, once he got all warmed up he is very active and loving i highly recommend this website with their animals

My baby ball shipped nicely, after she warmed up she was really active. After her tank set up she wondered for a little bit and even tried to get out. The second day I took her out to try and feed f/t and she wasn't even interested at all. I noticed she was cold, she had been in her hidey the whole time. So I put her under my shirt and warmed her up...I put her back in her tank and after she wasn't scared she came out of her ball and went straight in her hidey. She hasn't move a lot since but I have been checking on her every little bit and I can tell she has moved every time. I tweeked her tank so it would be a bit warmer for her and I just checked her, she is warm as can be and still not active. Maybe just scared. She also looks a little dull in color just since I got her, but her eyes aren't clowdy yet so maybe she is getting ready to shed. But she is absolutely beautiful and I hope she warms up to us nicely. She even showed up at my door before I was even supposed to receive her. I would definitely recommend snakes at sunset for baby balls if you're ever interested. Thank you very much SAS...great job.!
