Our Clown Ball Python are carefully selected and feeding well on a veterinarian-approved diet of appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents. Each animal is established before being offered for sale and shipped with care.

All of our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Your New Python:

We ship our pythons via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    The snake itself is great. There was a huge lack of communication from the seller unfortunately resulting in the low score. I had to call fedex multiple times and work through their customer service to even find out where the snake was going to be delivered, as, I asked for hub shipment but my home address was shown as the delivery location. It ended up being shipped to the hub which is what i wanted but nobody communicated that to me so i was completely lost as to where it was going to be. SAS- we shipped as requested and if you click on final destination would have shown you the hub address was pickup address. It also shows that address when its ready for pickup in your tracking information.
