If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Sweetest snakes from here

    Got this baby, nippy as per usual with baby boas, but she has warmed up quickly. Idk how this place gets their snakes here in such a good mood.

    Bahia Boa Baby

    I love my new family member. Not nippy at all. Sweet. Curious. Overall very friendly. NOT head shy. No mites. No major health concerns. A tad skinny but she’s a baby and to be expected - easily fixed! Snakes at Sunset gets a bad wrap! I ordered my snake online THEN found reviews and got nervous. Either people are way to hard on Snakes at Sunset OR Snakes at Sunset made a lot of positive changes! The quality of animal is without a doubt there. The care is pretty on point at least with my animal. They answered my numerous questions via text. Probably were annoyed BUT never led on and were VERY VERY helpful! This was my FIRST online animal purchase so I was nervous and after reading reviews I was down right scared. That anxiety and those fears were completely INVALID! I give Snakes at Sunset 5/5 They deserve it! I’m absolutely IMPRESSED! I will buy from them again! I plan on getting 2-3 more boas.
