Shipping your new Ball Python:

We ship our snakes FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Delivery was on time came in a secured safe package the snake is very active lol is already hunting shes a Greedy lil one by the way for anyone wondering what I purchased it was a female black eyed leucistic but yeah I will definitely purchase here again customer service was very helpful also thanks Snakes at Sunset

GREAT!!!

OMG!!! he is just ABSOLUTELY Stunning!!!!! i believe he is even more handsome than model the snake in the picture, and that is saying quite alot ! (but maybe i'm bias, because it's in-person, rather than a photograph. ) when i took him out of the bag, he was surprisingly docile for all he'd been through in the past 24 - 48 hrs. of course, you could see those timid and wide eyes, but he did not even shake his tail, hiss, or try to strike. he just simply crawled from my arm to his new home. i knew he had been handled at least somewhat , or he wouldn't have been this clam. it's good to know they don't just let them hatch out of an egg & set 'em loose in a snake drawer with zero human contact, i am happy to say my snake did not come with "wild thing" syndrome. other than the snake....for the store in general... These guys have WONDERFUL customer service. i emailed just out of curiosity about when my snake would arrive, it was merely minutes that they sent a detailed response back. i feel sorry for those poor people, who had to un-confuse me, but they had wonderful patients with me & my easily confused self. :-D

Gorgeous Black Eyed Leucistic Ball Python

I recently made my first purchase with Snakes at Sunset. My snake arrived the next day looking healthy and happy. I would strongly recommend others giving SAS an opportunity.
