I have never bought a snake online before so I was unfamiliar with the process and what to expect. After submitting the order I received an email that my area was too cold to send him in a cold truck and they held him until I confirmed when and where I could pick him up and in a timely manner. I really appreciated that, they definitely care about the well being of their frens. They packed him in tight with a heat pack and a little bedding, tons of padding. All in all the little guy had a safe trip and was alert when I opened up the box, ready to mingle. Thank you!!! Will definitely come here in the future ?

This is the second snake I’ve purchased from Snakes at Sunset and I am pleased once again! My little guy came active and healthy and ate for me within 24 hours! Always good quality animals!

Snake was live and well, believe I received her on the 19th and her last meal was on the 13 according to her note, she still Hasent eaten for me yet and is quite skiddish which I don’t blame her. Happy with my purchase she will settle in just fine on her own time thanks

Our grandson wanted a snake. months of checking them out and where to get them and getting prepared and lots of time spent on google, we went with sunset snakes. After finding out the shipping on the snake we even went and checked out others with a lot cheaper ship rate that still guaranteed the same things. However, we had already interacted with sunset so many times asking questions so our new slithering friend had the perfect fit when he came to us. We kind of figured if they were that great at talking with you and answering questions and you were not a customer, you should stick with them. We got my grandson out of school early the day the snake was supposed to come. since you are supposed to leave them alone for up to a week after receiving them we thought he should be allowed to unpack him and put him in his new home. The snake was lively. Really surprised us that he was not fighting mad. He was delivered on Thursday and he is already coming out where we can see him and talk to him many times. And sunset is stilllll answering questions and being there for us. So after a week of being a customer and at least a week before becoming one, we are secure in our decision to go with sunset. I can't say a whole lot more about the snake yet, for we are still letting him settle in. But from what we have seen with him so far, he is going to be great. he is lively. when we do go in and he is out of hiding we speak with him and move slow as to not startle him.. But we think he will be just fine. even before we started seeing him, you could see all the tunnels he had made in his bedding all through the tank, so we knew he was definitely lively.

Arrived healthy, well kept, and active. Good packaging. Hasn’t eaten for me yet because he is in shed. Good communication from Snakes at Sunset throughout the purchasing and shipping process. Would definitely buy from them again.

We ordered the Caramel Snake because of the coloring.. we actually got a Caramel Motley .. which is very brown. Has pretty markings.. but not what we were anticipating. - SAS: CARAMELS do not get their lighter yellowish caramel color till they are atleast 18 months old or older

She arrived safe and sound, shes absolutely beautiful very active and alert. Customers service is great they kept in contact and really fast replies if you have questions.
