Ive bought 6 or 7 snakes from them but 1 died in 9 days and couldnt get to someone to talk to me. That was the problem i have with their customer service

The snake itself looks healthy and it did feed shortly after putting it in the enclosure,the problem I'm having is ever since I picked it up from Fed Ex and shortly after opening the box it has been constantly hissing and striking at anyone and anything and any movement or noises,I did order some other snakes from this company with no problem very docile and I have kept this particular species in the past and bred them also so I'm not new to keeping snakes but this particular individual is not happy at all,so I don't know if it's the stress of shipping or just the snakes temperament so I emailed SaS with no reply.I received an invitation to leave a review so here I am.

The bad: when my baby boy arrived, he was making a clicking /popping noise whenever he breathed right out of the box, which I knew wasn't normal. I immediately scheduled a vet appointment and just learned that my poor baby has a respiratory infection and had one since before he came to me, which also explains why he doesn't seem interested in eating and has yet to feed. Will try again after he has been on his RI medication for a couple days. The neutral : we had conflicts in scheduling, which were resolved. The good: my baby boy, Lavellan, is absolutely perfect. He's so gentle and trusting and sweet. I wouldn't trade him for anything in this world. Within the first ten minutes of having him, he came to me and fell asleep on my arm. Respiratory Infection or not, I'd do it all again if it meant having the honor of raising the beautiful boy they sent me.

He came in right on time and in perfect condition. HE had his first feeding today and did absolutely amazing. He does strike at me but that's bc I haven't handled him enough yet. I was aware of the high possibility of being bit and I'm ok with that. I'd give 5 stars but it did take a hot minute to get a reply back from here; they're probably super busy but other then that this has been a great experience. I will 100% recommend SaS to others!

We are absolutely in love with our new baby female Colombian red tail boa BCI. She is very friendly, incredibly beautiful, and curious. Absolutely no head sensitivity at all. This breeder is very thorough and efficient for transportation and is an overall great deal! I have already referred more clientele this way as they want one too. I live way opposite of the other side of the country and she showed up maybe an hour and a half late but I know that is FedEx fault and not the breeder. My boyfriend adores Xena (her name) and has had Colombian red tails in the past. So he’s familiar. And he says we got real lucky with this one. Thank you again for being such a good breeder and providing such great services and reptiles. You’re a hidden gem for sure! All the way from Washington state, we will return.
