If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Amazing little girl...

    Harley Hendrix is doing amazing. I just wished I had a little more info like specific age. Also the box had a little paper that said do not enclose the snake right away do to temp. Yet when I called they said cage her immediately that was confusing. Also she came with a feeding date of 5/27 and when I called they said just wait 7 days. She's in a 40 gallon tank I try calling to see if that was ok but couldn't get a specific answer due to not knowing specific age so I winged it by measuring her.But other than that quick delivery beautiful animal healthy no problems at all thus far. Thank you so much. I would like to get the male Columbian boa next month... Thank you
