If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Eastern Chain King Snake

    She is absolutely beautiful. No problems with eating, she did not hesitate at all. My husband loves her bands and markings. Can't wait to watch her grow. BTW, this our 2nd snakes from here. We will be back again, for sure!

    Eastern Chain King

    Placed order Saturday evening , received snake at 11am Tuesday. Packaged well, snake arrived alive and alert. I asked for one with thicker white bands if possible and S@S went above and beyond my expectations. Snake has beautiful uniform pattern with thick white chain link bands. I wish I could post some pictures.

    just as promised

    Great little snake. Arrived in good condition, just very tiny, which is fine because I can work with it so it stays calm. I let it settle for a few days before trying to feed. It's too small to eat whole pinkies, so I have to cut them up into several bite size pieces for now.

    Sweet little king

    Getting back into kings, milks. So I purchased an eastern king, sort of an iconic snake of my youth. The animal came in healthy and full of vigor.I could not get him to eat.....called the store late on a Friday and they texted right back with some possible answers. In the end, I think he just needed some time and a live pinkie. He was obviously healthy. Anyways, I will be looking to see if they have in sock what I want first, before I venture into the great unknown. At the moment I can't count on one hand, other reptile vendors I can trust.

    Beautiful but youner han I thought

    The two Eastern Chain Ring King Snakes I bought were healthy and beautiful when they arrived a day after I ordered them. I bought them to release into my woods to eat the Copperheads. They were too small to eat the snake that bit the workman near our house but hopefully they will grow into the job.
