I ordered these the same day I ordered the snake. We revived the snake overnight shipping. No mice, I have tried multiple times to find out what happened. If they are getting shipped, or if I can get a refund. Barely any responses other than looking into it. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company since trying to resolve with this company isn’t working. Disappointed that there is no sense of urgency to fix my problem.
I ordered the fuzzy mice and they had to come from Florida to Arizona, and go through hot Phoenix, Arizona. They arrived fully frozen and my snake is very happy! Thank you for excellent and fast service too.
