Shipping your new Motley Boa:

We ship our snakes FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Snake arrival

Boa came in on time and in good health. Fed easily when offered food the following day. The colors weren’t what I was expecting but is an absolutely beautiful peach color nonetheless so gets a 5 star from me. Very happy with my snake but I do recommend asking for individual pictures before purchases!

Ghost boa

Purchased the ghost boa from snakes at sunset and they got it out first shipping day for them arriving on time the next day and is a really beautiful snake very energetic will definitely be buying more from this site

Ghost Boa

Just received my latest snake from Snakes at Sunset. Be my third or fourth order now. The pictures do not do this Boa justice. Absolutely gorgeous and healthy. If you have any hesitations, don't.

Great experience

After trying to order a boa to replace my BCC that was with me for 20+ years, I stumbled on snakes at sunset. After texting with them for a few days and them not having what I was looking for they found me a perfect match in the form of a beautiful ghost BCI. It showed up healthy and on time but more than that she is the most relaxed boa I have seen when it comes to settling in to a new home! Wonderful product and good service!

Great snake but poor customer service .

The snake is beautiful and very healthy . I recommend anyone looking to buy online to purchase from Sunset . The only problem I had was the customer service was very poor in the aspect that I did not get any replies sometimes and also no responses from emails. But I will be doing more business with Snakes at sunset .
