Shipping your new reptile:

We ship FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

My snake arrived today in perfect health and a ton of energy. Packaging was nice and cool with a gel pack to keep it from overheating on his long trip. I really appreciate the fact that they called and delayed the shipping and offered a refund because of the heat last week, of course I waited because I couldn't beat the price and my son really had his heart set on his goins king snake. I definitely recommend snakesatsunset and looking forward to doing business with them again. Great customer service and great animals!!!

Snake arrived well packed, and unharmed. He's got a friendly, curious personality. He's absolutely beautiful. I will certainly purchase more snakes from here in the future.

Perfection

They were actually out of stock of the snake I originally picked but wasted no time in getting a hold of me to ask if I would choose a different snake, which I did and I am not disappointed! He arrived on time, healthy, and absolutely beautiful! He is everything I had hoped for and more.

Great business with wonderful employees

I'm very pleased with my order. I ordered a female but they were out. they checked with me if I was okay with a male before they shipped it out. Most places don't do this so I'm very pleased.
