I purchased my hermanns tortoise almost 3 years ago but I never wrote a review. My tortoise was happy and healthy upon arrival to Michigan. He is still thriving and growing up. He is my life buddy and I could not be happier with this purchase.

Other than the "new" phone number they have you text on the "contact us" page being a digit off, thus causing me some concern about shipment, I have nothing but praise for Snakes at Sunset. I rec'd my Hermann's Tortoise in a well packaged, cooled box, and he was happily eating his first meal with me within an hour of un-boxing. I was going to post a short video of that meal, but there doesn't seem to be a place to do that. I really appreciate that SaS doesn't charge extra for heat/ice packs, like their competitors. When it comes time to expand my family again, this will be my first stop.

They send me a pair of incredible smart little tortoises, very nice animals, well taken care of, they strive for quality, this store is A+, thank you Luis

After looking at all the sites for the best review and price. I got my little tortoise from snakesunset. Best price and really health hatchling. Only issue i have is it didn't come with hatching birthday. But beside that. Im a happy customer. Looking to buy another one in the near future

Wow! I thought he was going to be bigger, then I opened the box and he was a tiny as my pinky finger and it made him even more adorable, as soon as I took him out the box and container and put him in my hand he was very social and not shy at all. He's an awesome little guy and I definitely recommend this company and tortoise to anyone looking for an awesome pet.

Snakes at sunset is the best! Our little tortoise arrived on time and in perfect health. They really care about the animals they sell. They made sure that weather conditions were safe for delivery and our little tortoise made it safely to Colorado. We've had our tortoise now for a few weeks and it's doing great. Thank you so much! My girls are loving their new pet.

My tortoise was delivered on time and was all packed up really nice! He was much smaller than I expected but he is adorable! He was super active and friendly as soon as he arrived. He ate right out of my hand within a few minutes after I took him out. And its been a few days and he's doing great!

My tortoise arrived healthy and active. Just wish the tortoise come with some information about age. Besides that, I'm happy with my tortoise
