All our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee. 

Shipping your new Baby Nicaraguan Boa:

We ship our boas FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
 Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles.  Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal! 

The health and safety of the animal comes first!

    The only nice thing i have to say is snake came healthy and very active, packaged good.. Ate his first meal like a champ. Now I will say I will give off 2 stars because the customer service and communication was complete SHIT! Still is SHIT and Due to that I will not be buying from here again or help spread their name by telling people about it due those issues. My first time buying a snake and it was NOT a good experience.... Do better . SAS - You ordered a snake, and requested pictures. We said not to text as that is not for people with orders. You messaged and we said sorry we cannot send pics at this time due to short staff and dificulty keeping track of what we sent you picture wise. We have dozens of these. We were honest with you, you requested female, we said we dont have females, and we canceled as requested. You theen re ordered and asked for any. We shipped it no issue. We did everything possible to keep you informed but you had specific requests we could not meet at the time. We refunded you and you re-ordered . thanks for the business, enjoy the snake

    Very Pleased

    Like clockwork my new boa was overnighted and extremely well packaged. I followed all instructions and the boa was very energetic. Set up the tank and it patrolled the area for a few hours before hitting the hide. The 3rd day was the first handling. Non aggressive and ate like a champ!

    My new boa is healthy and has been active in her quarantine enclosure. This is the second snake I have bought through this company and both arrived in excellent condition.

    Nicaraguan Boa

    I just picked up my baby boa! Perfect shape, and quite energetic, due to being stressed from being shipped. Hopefully it will settle in and I'm mostly glad it seems to be in great health! While everything about that has been perfect, I am taking away a star because I did not get information from Snakes at Sunset about the facility it was to be picked up at, and had to instead use an outside shipping tracker once Fedex sent me a notification.
