Our Pastel Ball Pythons are carefully selected and feeding well on a veterinarian-approved diet of appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents. Each animal is established before being offered for sale and shipped with care.

All of our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Your New Python:

We ship our pythons via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Awesomeness..!

    I would never think of ordering a reptile online until I visited the Snakes at Sunset website.. Couldn't believe all the Amazing critters that were available at Great prices . The Pastel Ball Python caught my attention so I placed my order for female.. It's all about the eye candy.. She arrived in excellent condition..     received a healthy pastel ball python

    I received a healthy pastel ball python. I work at an animal hospital and so I had it shipped to the animal hospital. Right away I had the Dr check his health and verify his sex. I was very pleased to hear he was healthy a male and with no mites. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you

    I ordered my baby pastel ball python and came in the mail the next day very healthy friendly explored his cage for a while when I first set him in there he ate a pinkie with no problems. Defenatly where I will go for my next baby

    Beautiful baby boy

    He's absolutely beautiful, energetic, and perfectly healthy. I've had him for a couple of months now and he's never once been aggressive with anyone. He wouldn't eat for the first couple of weeks I had him, but since then he's had no problem. I am so happy, if I ever decide to get another ball python I will definitely look here first.

    Energetic and Healthy

    I got my male Python on Wednesday and he is active and healthy. He already had one shed and it came off in two clean and solid pieces. He's already used to his tank and getting more comfortable with my wife and I. He is a bit skittish but that's to be expected. He's already content sitting in a breast pocket with us. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because I feel Fedex did a poor shipping job; my snakes package was slightly crushed to the point where the styrofoam inside was broken. And they were about an hour late. Also he was pretty cold when I took him out of the packaging. Perhaps a heat source would have been good. But he's fine and he's healthy so it was okay. Awesome snake.

    Phenomenal shipping

    The shipping is accurate and the snake comes well protected. When I took him out of the exceptional packaging he was lively and extremely friendly. My last snake was from pets smart and this one completely blows him out of water with his health, strength, just everything really. Thanks again.
