Our Pastel Ball Pythons are carefully selected and feeding well on a veterinarian-approved diet of appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents. Each animal is established before being offered for sale and shipped with care.

All of our reptiles come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Your New Python:

We ship our pythons via FedEx Priority Overnight directly to your door whenever it is safe to do so. If weather conditions, transit conditions, or temperatures make home delivery less safe for the animal, we may recommend or require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center. This allows your animal to be picked up promptly in a climate-controlled facility rather than remaining on a delivery vehicle.

Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are often shipped the same day; however, shipping may be delayed due to weather, order volume, or other circumstances. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the shipping date and the safest delivery method for your animal.
You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest and most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Awesome snake!

    The snake arrived in great condition. He's very lively, yet calm when you hold him. He fed very well taking the mouse right out of my hand. We will be ordering a pinstripe ball very soon! Thanks again!

    Pastel Ball Python

    Beautiful and so calm. Customer satisfaction is top notch! Ate day of delivery.F/T fuzzy mouse. Bought 2 snakes from snakes at sunset and both pythons eating machines. However you do it keep doing it. no need to look elsewhere for snakes.

    Can't beat this deal!

    Tell me where you're gonna find a pastel ball at this price? The snakes were packaged great, protected from the summer heat in a well insulated, breathable package with a cool pack to keep the animals from overheating. Retail stores in my area will often ask $89 for a NORMAL baby ball (of course I'd never pay that), but even wholesalers can't beat this price on a healthy pastel ball! Thanks guys!

    Amazing

    My pastel got here about 30min ago. He was right on time and his heat pack was still warm for him. He is absolutely beautiful. Snakesatsunset helped me with all the questions I had right away.
