Shipping your new Ball Python:

We ship our snakes FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Healthy and well delivered

Very curious and climbing, has shown no aggression, just lots of curiosity. Arrived a tiny bit cool as he was on the bottom of the group but seems fine and active. Looks good as well.

I ordered the yellow belly for my husband as an early Christmas gift. He arrived quickly, and healthy. Beautiful snake (although not as bright yellow as I thought he would be), curious, plump and eager to eat after letting him settle for a couple of days. We are very pleased with snakesatsunset, and will likely purchase again in the future.

I'm so very happy to have done business with sunset!! They were able to send me pictures I had a shipping issue they sent a reply with in minute abs got it taken care of. I got my package exactly when I was told I would. The snake was very well packaged and protected for the trip. I opened the box to see the most beautiful and healthy snake I had ever seen. She is having issues adjusting to a tank so I'm moving to a rack system I think she will do much better in. And be sure to check out the discount on older abandoned snakes. Very satisfied all around great job guys!!!!. You have earned my business from here on out. AND one last note to other comments its a heat pack not a cold pack. I love in Michigan it was pretty chilly she arrived cold but took nothing to get her to temp she was 100% safe.
