Shipping your new Ball Python:

We ship our snakes FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

The health and safety of the animal comes first!

love my Pastel yellowbelly

Snake was a little bigger than expected. I am very happy with him. Gorgeous healthy animal. His first feeding went well. ..... They do not give u feeding history for ex...... Jamie - we will make a note to include that on future orders. thanks for the input!

Smooth Delivery

i love my snake!

I love him however I do have a few problems. I do not have a bird date nor was I told when his last feeding day was. Also when he arrived he was quite cold. It seemed there was a cold pack. Other than that no complaints!

ask about the animals before you buy

Nice healthy animals. They breed some beautiful snakes. I bought a pastel yellow belly from them and they sent me a beautiful snake, however the add read cb 2013 so I was expecting a larger animal since it was now December 2014. I received a 2014 cb pastel YB that was very small and did not quite fit my plans, they excepted blame but offered not so much as a sorry. So don't worry about the animals just ask first avoid confusion.
