You may also request an alternate shipping day. Simply send us a message through your account with any special shipping requests.

Nighttime low temperatures below 50°F or daytime high temperatures above 85°F may require Hold for Pickup service at your nearest FedEx Ship Center to help ensure the safety of your animal during transit.

All reptile orders are shipped in federally approved, insulated Styrofoam-lined cardboard shipping boxes designed specifically for transporting live reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include a heat pack or cold pack at no additional charge to help ensure the animal's safety during transit.

    Pueblan Milksnake

    My little guy arrived safe, sound, and on time. He seems to be in good health and is very good-natured. This is the first time since I was a kid that I have owned a snake and Snakes at Sunset made it a very good experience. This is a dreamsnake for me and we are so glad Monty has found his forever home.

    Horrible snake

    He came on time however he had stuck shed. He is aggressive and is always biting and musking. SAS- he was in shed when packed, so that is normal. And thats how baby milk snakes are! They calm down quick though.
