I am very happy with my new baby. She arrived alive and overnight as promised. She's been fed, has a brand new enclosure, lots of toys, and plenty of substrate to easily burrow through. The only thing I was upset with was that on the website they advertised they would ship on Thursdays. And I placed my order very early Thursday morning. And it took some difficult work to get ahold of the pet shop. Only to be told they would not ship her out until Monday. But with all that said, it worked out very well. I am very happy with her as she is very happy with her new home. And I would probably purchase from these folks again.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The snake was packaged very well with a heat pack. He was date stamped with the last time he ate along with what he ate. He looks like a very healthy snake as well. This was my first time having a live animal shipped and I was a bit nervous but everything went well.

Would definitely buy another snake from here. It arrived on time and well packaged. Snake is healthy and just the cutest. Would recommend to my friends.

First i'd say I only gave them 3 stars for the mix up with my order and bad communication. Their website could be better as it only lets you select male or female when I was checking out, meaning I had no idea what size of a snake I was gonna get. Second, upon buying my Western Hognose Super Anaconda I got an email after paying in full that they actually don't have any females of my morph and that they could ether send me a male (which is cheaper than a female) or give me a different morph if that was okay. I had already paid in full for my morph and would be okay with another female morph but would expect to be compensated for the price difference or snake equipment. Third, getting in contact with them took work on my end as they didn't respond to messages. I actually called the store several times to ensure my order was getting taken care of and found out that they were buying a Western Hognose Super Anaconda from their breeder to send to me. After 10 days of communicating and stressing I finally got my baby Western Hognose Super Anaconda at 9:30 am in a box with newspaper a hand warmer and in a plastic tub with aspen bedding. The snake looked fine and is currently in her new home and will be fed tonight along my other snakes.

Came in beautiful and lively. Was feeding within a hour of being put into it’s habitat. A+
