The shilling was right on point, the snake was packaged with lots of precaution, foam packing plastic container with breathe holes, even a cool pack to ensure the snake stayed cool enough through the hot summer day of shipping. I got the package and the snake was beautiful, colors were amazing blushing was perfect, patterns were perfect all around perfect looking bumble bee. The snake was very interactive, not shy one but doesn't flinch for anything. The snake seemed to warm up to me instantly, not very head shy at all I have no issues taking him out of the enclosure or placing him back in. He adapted to his enclosure fast learning his hides and heat gradient very well. He has drank and all, seems extremely healthy. Going to attempt to feed a frozen to dethawed small mouse today! I could not be any happier with my baby boy Tuesday, I am for sure going to purchase from "Snakes at Sunset" again! Just because they have the best quality, good eating, bright colored,and gentle ball pythons. My snake came healthy and stress free, which I am extremely thankful for!!! He came well packed with an ice pack which was still cold when it got here!! He seems to be comfortable in his enclosure and getting use to being handled, but thanks again!

I recieved a stunning bumblebee ball python about a week ago and I couldn't be happier. He arrived next day after shipping and I do have to say he was well packaged. His container was snug and the heat pad was still very warm. After introducing him to his new enclosure and giving him some space, he immediately ate for me which was a good indicator that the snake wasn't overly stressed out. I'm not positive whether "snakes at sunset" feed their pythons live or frozen thawed but I always lean towards frozen thawed prey. She went right for it with no hesitation! Overall a fantastic purchase and when I continue to grow my collection there is no doubt I'll be a returning customer! Thank you so much!

I received a reply almost instantly after payment. They wanted to wait a day to ship.because the snake had just been fed which means this is a company that cares about there snakes first. My snake arrived on time and was a little stressed out from the trip which is.understandable. he ended up shedding within a few days and is as happy as can be in his new home.
