Shipping your new Blue Tongue Skink:

We ship our skinks FED EX overnight. Most packages arrive by 10:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Thursday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at albinoturtles@comcast.net to let us know what day works for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!

Northern blue tongue skink

Very happy. Skink was a little sluggish, almost lifeless when I 1st got him,low 30s in michigan.Once warmed up he was exploring everything. Wish I knew how large he was,almost too big for enclosure Had him 2 hours and drinking water! Very pleased.

Northern Bluey

My northern came grumpy and healthy, so I'm super pleased with that. He came well packaged and quick. Unfortunately, the customer service is subpar. I've asked several times for the year my skink was born and still haven't received an email or message back. I tried to call, but the guy who answered took a guess based on the size I gave. He could've just looked up my order and I'm sure there some form of record they keep since it said December baby on the paperwork.

All in all my experience was ok. My skink arrived fairly quickly,healthy and active. Only reason im giving 4 stars is bc i never got a response back on some of my questions involving the skink. Great experience besides inconsistant customer service

We received our little guy in perfect health and the baby has a fantastic demeanor. Arrived overnight in perfect condition and was packaged securely and safely. We love our little baby and are very happy with our purchase.

Northern Blue Tongue Skink

Beautiful and healthy skink arrived to my doorstep. Woulda been 5 stars but customer service just isn’t there. I emailed/messaged and even called many times for any sort of confirmation on my order and finally got a reply days later. Don’t understand why when spending 500 bucks but I’m happy overall.

an absolute darling lizard. It hiss and stuck out its tongue once. Then went about exploring the cage,scarfed down his meal and went in little hideie house. It is an absolute love. Great folks to deal with and I'm glad we found each other.

Skink

Recieved my motherboard blue tongue skink just a couple of days ago and he came in fine. He’s missing a couple toes but otherwise he is in good shape no mites or anything. Snakes at sunset is only getting a 3 star from me because of my poor experience with customer service. Three days after placing my order my status says “partially refunded” with no explanation or anything. Emailed them and all and it took them over a week to figure out why my order had not been sent out yet and finally sent it out. If you have any issues message them through the website not the email or fax. They won’t answer that way.
